Prepaid Credits
ShowMeOnMap uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you run map queries. Each standard query costs 1 credit; advanced agent queries cost 3 credits.
Automatic Refunds
If a query fails due to a server error, timeout, or provider issue, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. You will see a message confirming the refund.
Manual Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 3 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@showmeonmap.com with your account email and a description of the issue. Include the approximate date and amount of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Cases
Credits consumed by successfully completed queries (where data was returned and displayed on the map) are generally non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire.
